Key Responsibilities
**
- Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance across various channels.
- Generate actionable insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Support campaign measurement frameworks, including attribution and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 4-5 years of experience in consulting or analytics roles.
- Previous exposure to Banking/BFSI projects, such as Retail Banking, Cards, Lending, etc.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics and marketing analytics (not limited to execution roles).
- Experience in managing international stakeholders.
- Proficient in communication and storytelling, including deck-building and insights presentation.
**Technical Skills:**
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, customer lifecycle, and campaign measurement.
- Knowledge of CRM/marketing tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, etc. would be advantageous.
In addition, candidates from consulting firms like Big4, Accenture, or similar backgrounds with experience in client-facing roles involving analytical problem-solving are preferred for this role.
EXL is not seeking candidates with profiles solely focused on digital marketing/campaign execution or individuals lacking exposure to the BFSI domain. Moreover, applicants without experience in interacting with stakeholders will not be considered for this position.
