Were looking for a proactive and communication-focused professional to manage seller onboarding and CRM activities for our marketplace clients. What youll work on: Onboard new sellers across online marketplacesMake calls and follow up with potential and existing clientsCollect and verify seller documents & informationCoordinate with sellers throughout the onboarding processMaintain and update CRM recordsTrack leads, onboarding status and follow-upsEnsure smooth onboarding and handover to the relevant teamPrepare basic CRM and onboarding reportsWhat were looking for: Minimum 1 year of experience in calling / telecallingExperience in customer onboarding, CRM or e-commerce is preferredExcellent communication and follow-up skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsComfortable using CRM tools and Excel/Google SheetsProactive, target-oriented and detail-focusedLocation: On-site, Noida Type: Full-time Compensation: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
