Experience - 0 to 3 yrs
Shift - Rotational Shift
Salary - upto 85k
Department - Ward , emergency etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring & Rounds:Conduct routine ward rounds to assess in-patients, review diagnostic reports, and record progress notes.
- Emergency Response:Provide immediate, first-line care and resuscitation during sudden medical complications or emergencies.
- Medication Management:Ensure that treatments and prescriptions ordered by senior consultants are correctly administered by the nursing staff.
- Consultant Coordination:Escalate critical changes in patient conditions to the concerned senior consultant and implement their medical directives.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate, real-time medical records, including daily progress notes, admission examinations, and pre-planned discharge summaries.
- Shift Handover:Participate in structured patient handovers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure continuous care
