Job Description:
- Patient Management: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, monitor vital functions, and tailor individualized treatment plans for critically ill ICU patients.
- Life-Saving Procedures: Perform emergency interventions such as endotracheal intubation, central and arterial line placement, and mechanical ventilation management.
- Team Leadership: Lead multi-professional daily rounds, collaborate with allied health professionals, and coordinate specialized care.
- Communication: Act as the primary medical point of contact for family members, providing compassionate updates on prognoses and treatment limits.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date clinical records, charting, and treatment protocol sheets.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training and supervision to junior resident doctors, medical interns, and nursing staff.
