We have urgent job opening for MBBS Doctor for hospital in East Delhi.

Job location - East Delhi
License - Delhi medical council ( Dmc)
Qualification - MBBS
Experience -0 to 3Year
Shift -12 Hrs 
Salary - upto 80k 
Department - Ward , emergency etc 

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Diagnostics: Conduct initial admission examinations, record comprehensive medical histories, and formulate primary diagnoses.
Daily Ward Rounds: Regularly visit admitted patients to monitor progress, evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, and adjust care plans.
Treatment Implementation: Execute directives from senior consultants, including administering IV medications, interpreting lab results, and performing minor clinical procedures.
Emergency Response: Serve as the immediate responder for ward medical emergencies , stabilizing the patient while liaising with on-call specialists.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, chart updates, and medication cards. Write comprehensive discharge summaries and handle medico-legal case (MLC) documentation.
Communication: Update patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment progressions. Coordinate closely with nursing, physiotherapy, and dietary departments.
Safety & Ethics: Adhere strictly to hospital infection control policies, NABH protocols, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
