Outdoor Media Coordinator / Media Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 25 Years
We are looking for an organised and proactive Outdoor Media Coordinator to manage campaign execution and vendor coordination across Mumbai & Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with outdoor media vendors to source inventory, availability, rates and locations.Handle campaign confirmations, POs, vendor coordination and invoicing.Coordinate hoarding mounting and ensure campaigns are executed on time.Collect proof-of-execution photographs after campaign installation.Maintain campaign and vendor records and ensure timely follow-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships with outdoor vendors.What We're Looking For
25 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, Events, BTL, Activations, Experiential Marketing or Media Operations.Strong vendor management and coordination skills.Good geographical knowledge of Mumbai and Maharashtra.Excellent follow-up and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple vendors and campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in basic Excel and documentation.Event industry candidates with strong vendor management experience are encouraged to apply.
