Green Apples is looking for driven, dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable professionals, proficient in US healthcare, who are comfortable working in US shift (US Eastern Time). Local candidates from Delhi-NCR only need to apply. Job description - Responsible for following up with Insurance Payers for outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of medical providers/physicians/clinics. - Prioritize the AR basket based on aging and insurances - Should be able to investigate and escalate the pending claims - Should be able to handle the denials of the claims - Should be able to call the insurance payers in USA time zone while following the HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines - Should be able to escalate the claims based on timely filling. - Should be able to review the unpaid claims and take appropriate action - Knowledge of preparing and sending appeals for denied claims that are in dispute with the payers - Excellent end to end hands on experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management including all billing functions such as charge creation/ Dx codes/CPT codes/Modifiers/denial codes/ .
