Medical billing and insurance follow-up
Reviewing claims, denials, and payment issues
Organizing and maintaining office systems
Creating and documenting procedures
Managing operational tasks and priorities
Identifying problems before they become bigger issues
Supporting scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination
