Job Responsibilities
Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation.
Handle day-to-day medical coding and billing operations.
Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for patient charts with a high level of accuracy.
Perform coding audits and quality reviews to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely claim submission and reimbursement.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
Good understanding of Human Anatomy, Medical Terminology, Medical Abbreviations, and Disease Symptoms.
15 years of experience in Medical Billing & Coding.
Prior experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice billing is required.
Experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding and billing is an added advantage.
Coding certifications such as CPC will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
