Review and interpret patient medical records to accurately assign ICD-10-CM codes for HCC Work closely with QA and Team Leads to resolve coding queries and ensure quality Maintain compliance with federal coding regulations and internal policies Extract and document relevant clinical information with precision Participate in audits and apply feedback for continuous improvement Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Ability to work with accuracy, consistency, and focus Excellent analytical and communication skills Qualifications: Hands-on knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines Trained or certified medical coders preferred (CPC, CRC, or equivalent) Any graduate may apply Education
