Bachelors degree in Medical Coding or related field.1-3 years of experience in medical coding.Knowledge of medical coding systems and procedures.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in medical coding software and tools.Certification from a recognized medical coding authority (e.g., CPC, CCS) is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
