Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Life Science and Paramedical graduates to join our team as Medical Coders. The role involves reviewing medical records and accurately assigning appropriate medical codes according to established coding guidelines and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient medical records, clinical documentation, and healthcare reports.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear clinical documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
• Perform quality checks and resolve coding-related discrepancies.
• Stay updated with changes in medical coding guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.

Eligibility

• Life Science graduates: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany, etc.
• Paramedical graduates: B.Sc./Diploma in relevant paramedical and allied-healthcare disciplines.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy is preferred.
• Basic computer and communication skills are required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret clinical documentation.
• Willingness to learn medical coding guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.

Salary
14K to 18K (fresher) To 50K (experienced) Pm (Incentives & Benefits as per Corporate Standards)
