Medical Coding for Staff Nurse, GNM, DGNM & ANM Graduates

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Chennai. This is a full-time role ideal for recent graduates eager to make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Patient Care: Assist in daily patient care activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding to ensure comfort and dignity.

- Monitor Vital Signs: Regularly check and record patients\' vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure to track their health status.

- Administer Medications: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring they are given at the correct times and doses.

- Assist with Medical Procedures: Help doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures by preparing equipment and providing support.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that patient areas are clean and sanitary to promote a healthy environment and prevent infection.

- Document Patient Information: Keep accurate records of patient care and progress in medical charts to support ongoing treatment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC. A genuine passion for patient care and compassion is essential. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and healthcare teams clearly. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate record-keeping and medication administration.
