Position: Medical Coding Executive / Medical Coder
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Paramedical / Allied Health Sciences Graduates

We are hiring Medical Coding Freshers with a paramedical or allied healthcare background to join our medical coding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze patient medical records, clinical documentation, and medical reports.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with medical coding guidelines.
Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease conditions.
Maintain accuracy and productivity targets while meeting quality standards.
Identify documentation gaps and follow appropriate coding procedures.
Stay updated with medical coding guidelines and industry standards.
Eligibility:

Graduate degree in Paramedical / Allied Health Sciences / Life Sciences / Healthcare.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and Healthcare concepts.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to build a career in Medical Coding and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Preferred Paramedical Backgrounds:
B.Sc. MLT, Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology & Imaging Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Dialysis Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Anaesthesia Technology, Physician Assistant, and other relevant paramedical/allied health programs.

14K to 18K (fresher) To 50K (experienced) Pm (Incentives & Benefits as per Corporate Standards)
