Eligibility
- Nursing graduates only
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM and eligible Nursing graduates can apply
- Freshers are eligible
- Candidates must be willing to work from office
Candidates from non-Nursing educational backgrounds are not eligible for this position.
Relocation Requirement
- Candidates currently residing in Trivandrum or nearby locations can apply.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Trivandrum are also eligible.
- Selected candidates will be required to work from Trivandrum for the first 6 months.
- After 6 months, candidates may have opportunities to relocate to Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Coimbatore or Noida, based on business requirements and available opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply IPDRG and ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Review and interpret clinical documentation
- Assign accurate medical codes based on patient records
- Maintain coding quality and accuracy
- Follow US healthcare coding guidelines and client requirements
- Complete assigned training and productivity targets
