Must be certified (CPC/CCS/COC/CIC, etc.) from AAPC or AHIMAEffective Presentation SkillsStrong knowledge on Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical TerminologyWell-versed with all the ICD-10-CM GuidelinesComplete knowledge on CPT, Modifiers, HCPCS Level II codes.Capable of handling 30-75 trainees at the same time.Must be adaptable to changes.Conducting assessments to provide feedback to the trainees.Track and report on the effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring that the transfer of knowledge meets the organization's objectives.Proficiency at researching and solving problems related to codingHands-on experience in designing training modules, education materials, test papers for freshers as well as for experienced coders and evaluating the outcomes of training sessions.Must be tech-savvy in implementing LMS and other automated software.Willing to travel and stay at different locations of Eclat offices as per business requirements.
Specializations must be good at below specialties:Emergency Department (Professional & Facility)Evaluation Management (IP and OP)Surgery (Familiar with 10000 series to 90000 series is must).
