The Data Operations Team at Loop serves as the foundation of client servicing by maintaining accurate client data for easy access to health insurance details through the Loop app. This team collaborates with Claims, Customer Support, and Engineering departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and their employees. As a member of this team, you will gain expertise in data management, analytics, and various technical skills.Your responsibilities will include utilizing tools like MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets to manage and validate data, conduct analysis, and input information accurately and efficiently. You will also be tasked with compiling, verifying, and organizing data for computer entry, identifying and correcting errors, generating reports, and collaborating with different teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.We are seeking motivated freshers with a medical background (pharmacists need not apply) who possess a graduation degree in the medical field. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or similar tools will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, demonstrate respect for business requirements and guidelines while handling information, data, and records, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams., .
