01Overview

Your Role Heres what you will be doing: Deliver accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation reflecting healthcare professionals' intent within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Capture patient history, review of systems, physical examination findings, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, medications, and other clinically relevant information. Review documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission, meeting established turnaround time and productivity expectations. Provide documentation support for clinicians across multiple specialties including Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and others as assigned. Learn and adapt to clinician-specific workflows, documentation preferences, and specialty requirements through structured training and practical experience. Produce documentation that meets organizational quality standards and clinician expectations, incorporating feedback from quality reviews and coaching. Utilize EHR systems and Commure's Ambient AI documentation technology effectively, following operational workflows and escalating issues appropriately. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements, protecting Protected Health Information (PHI). Continuously develop knowledge of medical terminology, specialty-specific documentation, healthcare workflows, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, Product, and other cross-functional teams to improve documentation quality, clinician satisfaction, and operational efficiency. About You The company is looking for candidates who have: Recent graduation or early-career status, suitable for an entry-level position. Ability to learn and apply clinician-specific documentation preferences and specialty workflows. Strong attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. Effective communication skills to support clinicians and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Commitment to confidentiality, operational excellence, and continuous learning. Adaptability, coachability, and curiosity to develop expertise in clinical documentation and healthcare technology.
