Field Officer Cashless Claims
Location: All Maharashtra Locations PAN Maharashtra
Opportunity Type: Freelance / Case-Based
Payment Structure:
No Fixed Salary
Payment on a per-case basis
Only Cashless Cases
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field verification for assigned Cashless Health Insurance Claims.
Visit hospitals and insured locations as required for claim verification.
Verify hospitalisation, treatment, patient, doctor, and other claim-related details.
Collect required documents and supporting evidence as per Company SOPs.
Conduct professional interaction with hospital staff, insured members, and other relevant parties.
Submit complete and accurate investigation reports within the prescribed TAT.
Maintain confidentiality of all claimant and insurance-related information.
Follow Phoenix Assurance SOPs and investigation guidelines strictly.
Eligibility
Experience in Health Insurance Claim Investigation / Field Investigation will be preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for assigned cases.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
