REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; customer service; computer literacy; multi-tasking, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for effective and efficient verification of reputed company patients benefits prior to their appointment.
Responsible for answering incoming calls from other providers, recipients, and reputed company reputed company in relation to insurance coverage.
Research eligibility information online with various insurance carriers.
