Job Description Non-Clinical Job in US based MNC located in Vadodara, Gujarat (In office job)
n About the Role - The role will be to review and verify large volumes of patient's full medical records with precision, perform clinical reviews as defined by the specific review methodologies and prepare a detailed report that includes chronologies and timelines, summaries, mass tort matrix and medical opinions on case validity and valuation.
n Responsibilities
n n Analyzing and summarizing medical records for pre and post settlement projects.
n Interpreting clinical data in terms of medical terminology and diagnosis.
n Adhering to company policies & principles, hence taking positive care of Company culture.
n Adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) all the time.
n Daily reporting to medical team lead for productivity & quality
n n Qualifications - MBBS (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
n BHMS & BAMS (1 YEAR CLAIM PROCESS EXPERIENCE IN ANY INSURANCE SECTOR - Mandatory)
n Required
n n Skills
n Knowledge of basic level of health care data analysis and clinical review.
n Sound knowledge of medical terminology, assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine.
n Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel.
n n Preferred Skills
n n HIPPA, Critical thinking, Basic understanding of US culture, Basic understanding of organization culture and behavior.
