Ltd. is seeking dedicated, analytical, and proactive Medical Officers to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring and managing health insurance claims operations, ensuring timely processing, maintaining productivity standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the claims team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to quality claims management. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance and progress of assigned claims teams. Track and review work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure timely claim processing. Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure adherence to client service level agreements. Evaluate team productivity and individual team member performance. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth and efficient claims processing. Monitor claims processed for assigned clients and ensure quality and accuracy. Handle client and internal escalations promptly and effectively. Identify and report processing backlogs and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance metrics as required. Undertake any other assignments or responsibilities entrusted by the reporting manager from time to time. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in BAMS, BHMS, or BDS. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and health insurance claims is preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently. Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
