BSVs focused therapy areas such as womens health & fertility, for example, makes us one of the only few biopharma companies that manufacturers complex and niche biosimilars, making us a super speciality business About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager Project Management (Medical Affairs) to join the Medical Affairs team at BSVMankind. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Medical Affairs projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with medical and regulatory standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Advisors, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of medical initiatives such as studies, publications, scientific meetings, and educational program.
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end Medical Affairs projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and bud
Develop detailed project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for ongoing and new initiativesCoordinate day-to-day project operations including resource planning, vendor management, and internal stakeholder alignmentMonitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively implement corrective actionEnsure compliance with internal SOPs, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory guidelinesFacilitate effective communication by providing regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholderSupport planning and execution of Medical Affairs activities such as clinical/real-world studies, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), publications, advisory boards, and medical education programManage documentation including project charters, budgets, contracts, and close-out reportsDrive process improvements and standardization within Medical Affairs project managem Qualification - MBBS or MD (Pharma)0-2 years of experience in project management within Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or the pharmaceutical industry Required Skills - Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and pharmaceutical industry processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with cross-functional and external stakeholderProficiency in project management tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting dashboardAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team .
