DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to: Complete and accurate diagnostic and procedural coded data are necessary for research, epidemiology, reputed company and statistical analysis, financial and strategic planning, reimbursement, evaluation of reputed company of care, and communication to support the patient's treatment. Selects and assigns codes from the reputed company version of several coding systems to include ICD, CPT, and/or HCPCS. Assigns codes to documented patient care encounters (inpatient and outpatient); encounters are routine and less reputed company or for only one specialty or subspecialty. Adheres to accepted coding practices, guidelines and conventions reputed company choosing the most appropriate diagnosis, operation, procedure, ancillary, or evaluation and management (E/M) reputed company to ensure ethical, accurate, and complete coding.
