01Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient history, physical exams, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans during patient visits.
- Assist healthcare providers in maintaining updated and detailed medical records.
- Input patient data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that all medical documentation is complete and adheres to established clinical protocols.
- Stay updated with clinical guidelines, healthcare procedures, and documentation best practices.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to clarify patient details.
- Manage and prioritize multiple patient encounters throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with medical terminologies and healthcare processes is a plus.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of electronic health record systems is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong listening and typing skills for real-time documentation.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
