As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing audio recordings of medical dictations into written reports. Responsibilities Listen to audio recordings of medical dictations of physicians/providers Transcribe the dictations into written reports reputed company-Time Documentation: Record patient interactions and encounters in reputed company-time during consultations. Document patient history, symptoms, physical exam findings, and provider assessments as they occur.
