Responsibilities:
Mechanical Systems Management
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate mechanical works (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, fire-fighting systems)
- Ensure mechanical systems are installed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Review mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
Project Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, civil, and architectural teams to avoid clashes
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for mechanical works
- Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Maintain quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures
