A. Candidate requirements:1. Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms2. Good understanding of JavaScript and web application architecture3. Hands-on experience or academic projects in the MERN stack4. Exposure to AI solutions using LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)5. Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts6. Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system designB. Good to have:1. Experience with AWS services2. Familiarity with Redis, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch3. Git/GitHub and CI/CD basics4. Prior work on AI, NLP, or SaaS projects
