Zonal Head: Graduate with 15+ Years in micro finance sector and having experience in handling leadership role. Regional Head: Graduate with 10+ Years in micro finance sector and having experience in handling team. Cluster Head: Graduate with 8 Years of experience in spearheading large microfinance branches / multiple BranchesArea Quality controller: Graduate with 5 Years of experience in heading microfinance branchesCustomer Service Manager: Graduate with 4 Years of experience in handling microfinance branchesAssistant Customer Service Manager: Graduate with 2 Years of experience in handling microfinance operationsCustomer Service Officer / Executive Plus 2/ 12th std or above with 1 year of experience in handling microfinance operations.
