About the job Job Title-Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Technical Developer Exp-6+ Years Location-Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Gurugram Responsibilities Minimum 6+ years total, with 5+ years hands-on AX 2012 Development & Support Roles and Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 within Telecom’s enterprise ecosystem. • Perform incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent code or configuration fixes. • Work on Change Requests (CRs) including impact analysis, development, unit testing, deployment, and post-release validation. • Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to batch jobs, AIF services, integrations, SQL performance, and system stability. • Coordinate with business teams, L1 support, DBAs, Infra teams, and escalate to Microsoft/ISV (L4) when required. • Maintain SOPs, KEDB articles, runbooks, operational workflows, and documentation as per True’s compliance and audit standards. • Follow ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Release) and ensure SLA compliance.
