01Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Connect to various data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Optimize data models and queries for best performance.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing Power BI tools effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX expressions.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience working with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud services.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, concise reports.
- Excellent communication skills to gather business requirements and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Power Query, M language, and Power BI Service is highly desirable.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., DA-100 or PL-300) is an advantage.
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
