Mid Revenue Cycle Systems Admin

Evaluates, designs, builds, tests, and implements custom or vendor supplied software. Systems must be evaluated and selected in such a manner that they effectively respond to the business and clinical requirements of the Cancer Center. Completes assignments within project deadlines and completes work according to project schedules, and/or serves as Project Lead for assigned projects. Establishes design, builds or programs, tests, documents and assures that implementation standards of assigned systems are adhered to. Assists Revenue Integrity users with training and development of user documentation. Maintain production systems to ensure reliable performance, appropriate change management and security. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/business related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, and Computer Science) At least seven (7) years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle information system design, development, implementation, and support. (OR) An Associates degree plus two additional years of experience as stated above (total nine (9) years' experience) may be considered. (OR) A High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of experience as stated above may be considered. Preferred Experience: Prior experience within patient related charge capture, patient financial services and/or patient management. Prior experience in the specific systems supported.
