01Responsibilities
Must have 8+ years relevant experience in the field of Middlware Administration The Middleware Administrator is responsible for Operation support of middleware applications using Nginx, RabbitMQ, Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache, JBOSS, OHS, IIS etc. He should be good in automation, scripting and automation & devops tools like Ansible, Jenkins etc Provide technical implementation expertise and support in maintenance and tuning of a complex Middleware. Possess a comprehensive understanding of all middleware components. Work with application team to troubleshoot and resolve support issues in a timely manner as defined in Service Level Agreements. He should be good in analysing thread dump, heap dump etc. He should be act as a expert, with middleware technology decisions and its implementations. Middleware performance tuning and its implementations. The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of experience with middleware administration in a large production environment. He is good monitoring tools like AppDynamics, OME, Grafana etc. Track and analyse service delivery metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes to improve the technical delivery. Provide high-level technical support and guidance during critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development for team members to enhance technical expertise and service quality. Good understanding of Monitoring tools (Prometheus & Grafana, AppDynamics, OEM etc) Guide and mentor team for all Automation projects. We would appreciate your updated CV if interested.
