Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business reports, maintain data accuracy, and support management with timely insights. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, CRM, and ERP systems, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Generate reports related to leads, site visits, bookings, collections, cancellations, inventory, and sales performance.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from Sales, CRM, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure timely updating and accuracy of customer and sales data in CRM.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
• Monitor lead conversion ratios and sales pipeline performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Marketing teams for data reconciliation.
• Track project-wise sales, inventory, collections, and outstanding reports.
• Maintain customer database and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support month-end and management reporting activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and report archives.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation)
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot (preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with CRM and ERP software
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Applications.
• 24 years of MIS experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Experience working with Sales MIS, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

Salary

35,000 45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
