Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional client support. Responsibilities Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency Leading the transition and execution of service delivery teams, confirming alignment with client objectives Utilizing project management skills to oversee delivery timelines and manage performance risks Implementing continuous improvement strategies to refine tools and services within managed services Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline business processes Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and client expectations Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities What You Must Have Hands on exp in ML Ops/LLM Ops: AWS Cloud & Infrastructure; MLOps & LLMOps; DevOps & CI/CD; Model & Artifact Versioning; Secure Deployments; Observability & Release Governance At least a Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Utilizing Automation Framework Design and Development Excelling in Business Process Automation (BPA) Demonstrating expertise in Operational Performance Management (OPM) Navigating complex situations with critical thinking Building meaningful client connections Anticipating team and client needs effectively Embracing ambiguity and using it for growth .
