Required Skills / Knowledge:
Strong expertise in mobile development across iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit) and/or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) platforms
Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern programming paradigms
Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals including networking, debugging, and memory management
Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and VIPER
Strong understanding of iOS and Android UI/UX best practices and platform design guidelines
Experience with dependency management tools (SPM, CocoaPods, Gradle)
Proven experience managing mobile development teams with direct reports
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe principles
Experience with performance management, coaching, and career development
Knowledge of hiring processes, technical screening, and candidate evaluation
Understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with mobile SDK development and distribution
Proficient knowledge of RESTful web services
