Role Overview We’re looking for a Mobile SDK Engineer to help improve and maintain our open-source SDKs for iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and Expo. You will play a key role in empowering mobile developers to integrate SuprSend easily into their apps, with a focus on developer experience, stability, and high performance. This is a freelance/contract role with a focus on outcomes and ownership. You’ll work closely with our core engineering team to ship updates, improve documentation, and support the developer community. What You’ll Do Maintain and enhance SuprSend’s open-source iOS, Expo, React Native and Flutter SDKs. Ensure SDKs are well-structured, modular, and easy to integrate across platforms (iOS, Android). Collaborate with backend and API teams to align SDK functionality with platform capabilities. Write clean, well-documented code and support automated tests across all SDKs. Improve CI/CD pipelines and package distribution (npm, pub.dev, etc.). Work with DevRel to enhance docs, samples, and developer onboarding. Skills & Experience Must-Have: 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience. Strong expertise in React Native and/or Flutter. Deep understanding of mobile SDK development for iOS and Android. Experience building open-source libraries or SDKs consumed by external developers. Familiarity with Expo, native modules, and publishing packages on npm and pub.dev. Comfort working asynchronously and owning deliverables independently. Strong communication skills and developer empathy. Nice-to-Have: Experience with TypeScript and Kotlin/Swift bridge integrations. Familiarity with mobile push notifications (FCM, APNs). Previous contributions to open-source projects. Exposure to backend systems (REST APIs, webhooks, message queues).
