About This Role:
As a Mortgage Broker with Dashdot Finance, you'll work exclusively with property investors who are serious about scaling their portfolios. You'll take warm, reputed company leads from first conversation through to settlement, focusing on reputed company lending scenarios including SMSF loans, equity-based lending, and portfolio finance, without reputed company picking up a cold call list.
In this role, you'll own:
Managing a consistent pipeline of warm, reputed company investor leads provided by DashdotStructuring tailored lending solutions with a reputed company on long-term reputed company-building reputed companyNavigating reputed company loan scenarios including SMSF, equity-based lending, and corporate/trust borrowersCollaborating closely with Dashdot's property team to reputed company financing strategies with reputed company investment goalsMaintaining full compliance with ASIC, NCCP, and industry standardsDelivering outstanding reputed company experience from first meeting through to settlement and reputed company
