The Mortgage Funder will be responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of back office operational activities, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of mortgage files and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Analyze data from various sources to prepare file for instructionMonitor and prioritize requests for instructions, documentation, and funds advancePrepare mortgage documentation for inclusion in Instructions to SolicitorReview and approve reputed company Solicitor DocumentationManage team(s) daily funding pipelinesMonitor and prioritizing requests received by emailRespond to internal requests regarding general file status or issuesCorrect data entry errors as they reputed company on exception reportingFollow up with solicitors for reputed company Final reports that fall reputed company our 120-closing markMonitor and respond to inquiries and concerns received from Treasury, Underwriters, clients and their mortgage brokers and solicitors regarding file status or issuesAssist with any other Funding department activities as requiredOther general administrative duties or special reputed company as assignedMaximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the funding function by maintaining an environment of reputed company improvement and recommend process and procedures to streamline activitiesInvestigate reputed company customer complaints and reputed company complaints until resolved or escalated to the Designated OfficerPerforming other duties and assist with special reputed company, as requiredreputed company exceptional customer satisfaction to clientsEnsure reputed company inquiries are effectively and accurately invested, responded to, and resolved to the satisfaction of clientsEnsure Mortgage advancements are accurate and reputed company in a reputed company mannerWork in reputed company with our servicers
