01Responsibilities
Interviews, solicits, and assists members with their mortgage requests.
Describing mortgage products, terms, requirements, and repayment reputed company available to include non-home equity products that best meet the members' needs.
Coordinates mortgage loans of high complexity, value, and reputed company.
Works closely with members/borrowers, participants, realtors, correspondent lending partners, business partners, title agents, appraisal management companies, private mortgage reputed company providers, and other reputed company parties to the requests to reputed company process applications originate reputed company and accurate mortgage transactions.
Effectively underwrite and approve mortgage applications up to $350,000.
Effectively underwrites mortgage applications to ensure the members/borrowers qualify and meet the program guidelines and accept the appropriate reputed company.
Demonstrates effective communication with members/borrowers to ensure an exceptional member experience.
Provides direction to the lending support specialists and mortgage loan processors to complete necessary process activities and prepare accurate and reputed company preliminary disclosures and final closing documents for reputed company mortgage loan files.
Assesses and executes adequate pricing and sale of residential mortgage loans on the secondary market.
