Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with bank policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of two years of mortgage loan closing experience or mortgage lending experience.

Knowledge of mortgage loan compliance regulations.
Highly desirable skills include proficiency with Encompass LOS, reputed company Teams, and HMDA reporting experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
Salary: Anticipated salary reputed company is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00
