Role Description The Mortgage Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The individual will guide clients through the mortgage process, including assessing needs, explaining mortgage products, and assisting with documentation and application submission. Daily responsibilities include evaluating financial information, coordinating with lenders, tracking application status, and ensuring regulatory and institutional compliance. The role also involves supporting mortgage marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and providing timely, professional customer service. The Mortgage Specialist will collaborate with colleagues and management to improve processes, meet performance goals, and deliver a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to explain loan products and processes clearly.
Skills in Mortgage Marketing and basic Finance, including comfort with financial calculations and lending concepts.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple cases, and maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Good spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
