One Real Mortgage just got licensed in Utah and we need experienced Loan Originators on the ground.
We have 800+ Real Broker real estate agents already operating in Utah, and no in-state Originators yet to serve them. If you've spent your career chasing leads, this is a fundamentally different setup: a built-in agent network actively encouraged to give you the opportunity to earn their clients' mortgage business.

Our model is built on tight alignment between agents, originators, and clients and a compensation structure designed to reward producers who can build relationships and a team.
Why Utah LOs Are Joining Us
Access to 800+ Real Broker agents in Utah. Agents are encouraged to give One Real Originators an opportunity to earn the business. To be clear: this is not a guarantee of business, but it is a warm, structurally aligned referral network that doesn't exist anywhere else.
$1,500 closing cost credit for shared clients. When a buyer uses both Real Broker for their agent and One Real for their mortgage, they receive a $1,500 closing cost credit. That's a real, tangible reason for agents to put you in front of their clients.
Revenue share income. Earn ongoing revenue share by recruiting other Loan Officers into One Real Mortgage.
Real Originate program. Our program lets Real Estate Agents become dual-licensed and earn on the mortgage side by partnering with a Senior LO that's you. You can also earn revenue share for recruiting agents into Real Originate.
Ground-floor opportunity. We just got licensed in Utah. The Originators who come in now help define what this market looks like.
What You'll Do
Originate residential mortgage loans for clients referred by Real Broker's Utah agent base and your own sphere
Build genuine working relationships with Real's Utah agents
(Optional) Partner with Real Originate agents as a Senior LO and earn on those loans
(Optional) Recruit other LOs and dual-licensed agents into the platform and earn revenue share
Requirements
Minimum 24 closed transactions in the past 12 months. This is firm we are hiring experienced producers only. Please do not apply if you do not meet this threshold.
Active NMLS license in Utah (or eligibility and willingness to obtain promptly)
Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo products
Self-starter who can work a warm agent network without heavy management
Strong communication skills with both agents and borrowers
