01Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with inbound leads using calls, texts, and CRM follow-up
Respond quickly to new leads and maintain consistent communication
Take complete and accurate loan applications
Run AUS/DU and structure reputed company-approvals
Build rapport with clients and guide them through the mortgage process
Maintain consistent follow-up to reputed company clients reputed company and moving reputed company
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline in Follow-Up Boss CRM
Work closely with internal team members (LOA and processing) to ensure clean and complete files
Qualifications:
reputed company NMLS license (required)
Mortgage experience preferred
Experience running DU/AUS and structuring loan scenarios
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to build rapport and reputed company clients through the process
Comfortable working in reputed company-based environment
Organized and reputed company to manage pipeline effectively
Experience with reputed company or similar LOS is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-based
0.50% (50 bps) on company-provided leads
1.00% (100 bps) on self-generated business
reputed company earning potential
Recoverable draw available during reputed company-up (6090 days)
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
