What Youll Do:
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound HTL leads
Work standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
Build relationships and identify the best loan solutions for each borrower
Provide accurate rate quotes and follow-ups via phone/email
Thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment while managing multiple borrowers

Requirements
Qualifications:
Active NMLS License (Required)
Work standard business hours, Monday - Friday, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
Proven success closing mortgage loans
Experience with loan origination systems & CRM tools
Excellent communication skills over the phone & email
Driven, consultative, and organized with a customer-first approach
Uncapped Earning Potential. Hourly Rate plus commission & bonus opportunity. Salary range is estimated for position and may be more or less than listed.
