Expectations: Review/audit reputed company loan files for accuracy and completeness, utilizing post-closing resources. Audit files and reputed company approval for internal funding authorization. Stack and deliver loans listed on loan sale, ship to required investors using their template prior to the lock expiration date. Complete delivery to assigned investor according to post-closing instructions. Follow up on missing items in a reputed company manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience & Skills: High school diploma or GED One year of banking experience, including loan processing or loan operations and customer service, strongly desired Dedication to delivering excellent customer experiences. Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department. Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending.
