This is a full-time on-site Mortgage Loan Processor role located in Yuma, AZ at MortgageOne, Inc. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for compiling a complete and thorough loan file according to mortgage industry standards as reputed company as agency guidelines. Communicating between Loan Officers and our local Underwriter, as reputed company as managing loans on a daily reputed company.
Qualifications
Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
Loan Processing and reputed company experience
Experience in managing loans
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance
Excellent communication skills with borrowers and team members
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Encompass software experience is a plus
