Position Details
Schedule
Part-Time (5 hours per day)
MondayFriday
Fully Remote
Compensation
$2,000 per month
Up to $500 monthly performance bonus
Full-time advancement opportunities for top performers
What Youll Do
Review loan applications for completeness
Collect and organize borrower documentation
Follow up with borrowers and loan officers for missing conditions
Upload and manage documents within the LOS
Order and track third-party services as needed
Communicate with processors, loan officers, escrow, and title companies
Monitor loan milestones and ensure files stay on schedule
Maintain accurate notes and file status updates
Assist with general administrative and processing tasks
Were Looking For Someone Who Is:
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
A proactive problem solver who follows through
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Friendly and professional when communicating with clients and teammates
Able to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications
Mortgage processing or lending experience preferred
Familiarity with LOS systems (Encompass experience is a plus)
Experience handling income, asset, and credit documentation
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
