Mortgage Processor High-Volume Retail Team

Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing Manage a pipeline of approximately 1520 closed loans per month Communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams Ensure all files meet underwriting and investor requirements Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Qualifications: 25+ years of current mortgage processing experience Strong experience with Conventional, Broker, FHA and VA loans Experience with Non-QM products (DSCR, bank statement loans) Proven ability to support realtor-driven retail pipelines Proficiency in Encompass , DU, LP, and GUS Experience with broker systems; CRM experience (Candid) a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication Additional
