01Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from clients regarding mortgage servicing inquiries. Research and address customer issues reputed company. Assist with escrow analysis, credit bureau disputes, and account changes. Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate parties as needed. #### Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing. Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center reputed company a mortgage servicing department. Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) preferred. Proficiency in reputed company Office suite. Strong data entry and verification skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
